December 3-4: EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson Headed to Seattle

 

First official visit to the Pacific Northwest

 

WASHINGTONU.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson will make her first visit to Seattle and EPA’s regional office this Thursday and Friday, December 3 and 4.

 

On Thursday, December 3, Administrator Jackson will hold a press conference at Bell Harbor to announce American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding for clean diesel investments.

 

On Friday, December 4, Administrator Jackson will join Washington Governor Chris Gregoire, Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski and a diverse group of stakeholders at a Clean Energy Economy Forum at McKinstry Innovation Center. The administrator will tour the facility prior to the forum.
