Dollar Financial issuing $350M in debt

Payday lender Dollar Financial Corp. said Tuesday that its Canadian
subsidiary plans to issue $350 million of debt in a private offering.
The unit, National Money Mart Co., will offer the senior notes to
institutional buyers in an offering expected to take place this month.
