Rock Creek Parkway SB closed; I-66 EB delays
Rock Creek Parkway southbound is closed from the start of the parkway to the Pennsylvania Avenue exit due to the smell of fire coming from a Pennsylvania Avenue overpass. Officials believe the disruption will last through the morning rush.
Also, an accident is causing big delays on I-66 eastbound at U.S. 50.
