All Metrorail stations back in operation
All 86 Metrorail stations will provide service Monday morning, the transit agency said. Metrobus service will be significantly improved since Sunday but is likely to run behind schedule, the statement said.
"The good news is that our trains, buses and paratransit service are all back in business," said General Manager John B. Catoe Jr. in an early-morning statement.
