Last-minute Halloween costume ideas are always popular in the last few days leading up to Halloween. Homemade costumes are cheap and can be some of the most interesting to see out at whatever Halloween parties you have on your social calendar this year. Especially in this economy - who wants to blow serious cash on a store-bought costume? I know I'm looking for some cheap, easy last-minute ideas for an upcoming Halloween party.
